Frequently Asked Questions

Q What is the basis of your charging structure?

A We charge a daily rate, plus small charge to cover telephone costs, and commission.

Q How much is the commission?

A Commission is either a small percentage of the profit on any deal, or a set charge per appointment.

Q What is a typical Return on Investment?

A Obviously that depends on the product or service, but typically for a fee of around £3,000, we would expect the client to gain between £50 - £100,000 new business - assuming he can close the deals!!

Q What is the basis of the contract?

A We have a number of pilot scheme options available, and thereafter we normally go on to a 3 month rolling contract with an agreed number of days per month to be worked - from 4 to 20. This is subject to monthly renewal/rollover.

Q What are your Terms and Conditions?

A Because we keep our fees so competitive, we do insist on the months commitment being paid on commencement of each months work. Charges for expenses (if any), telephone costs and any commissions due are invoiced at the end of each month and payable in 14 days.

Q Do you charge a set-up fee - and what does it cover?

A We charge a nominal set up fee, which varies according to the complexity of the project. This covers time spent with the client understanding his products & services, his marketplace, ethos and culture. In addition, it covers creating the initial target list and developing a bespoke database.

Q Can you provide references?

A Of course, but we always ask the referee’s permission before giving his details. In the course of time, we plan to have a section within this site with copies of references - though we would ask that prospective clients ask us first before making contact with any of the referee’s.

Q Do you work on a commission only basis?

A No. Would you?
